Post graduation from a recognized institute is the required qualification to apply for PhD course. Post graduation qualification should be obtained either in Engineering /Technology in specific disciplines. Candidates should score 60% marks in PG level to apply for this entrance exams. Even those candidates who hold a PG degree in Applied Sciences can apply for this entrance examination. The minimum mark to be scored by those candidates is 70% in aggregate. Candidates who are qualified in any National Level Fellowship Exams are exempted from this entrance exam. Such candidates can secure direct admission for PhD course.
